Museum Amparo
Amparo Museum to house the two ancient and important colonial buildings of the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries popularly known as The Hospital, which were restored and adapted for this purpose. One was the old hospital of Our Lady and St. John Lateran founded around 1534, transformed by Bishop Juan de Palafox y Mendoza, the mid-eighteenth century, the women's college, use retained until the present century. Poblana other is a beautiful eighteenth century house, with its typical brick facade recubieta. At one time it was part of the Hospital, then was deposit Married Women, and from 1871, the family house lawyer Vicente Espinosa Bandini poblano grandfather Manuel Espinosa Yglesias philanthropist. 
The  Amparo Museum is a work that took many years to make and is part of the activities of cultural and historical order undertaken by the Amparo Foundation, created in 1979 by Don Manuel Espinosa Yglesias, in memory of his wife, Mrs. Amparo Rugarcía de Espinosa Yglesias . As part of the historic buildings are presented with a modern museology two great moments in the history of Mexico: the pre-Hispanic era with its cultural diversity and colonial and modern times, encouraging an important meeting with our roots. Prehispánica Area is divided into seven rooms which culminate in a special enclosure within which the most important pieces of our collection are on display.

It is located in the historic center of the city of Puebla , in south lanes 2 and 9 East.

 The visitors will learn more about our Pre-Hispanic cultures and will tour the Museum reliving all those important for Mexicans times.
